Private Residence at Nava Park

Designed by Rumanara
Rumanara Studio approaches the residence project with a poetic balance between imagination and material honesty, selecting Fantasy 1 3100 veneer as the visual backbone of the interior. The veneer’s impressive three-meter length allows the surfaces to flow uninterrupted across walls and cabinetry, creating a calm architectural rhythm that feels both expansive and intimate. Its warm, subtle natural beige tone introduces a gentle luminosity into the space, reflecting light softly throughout the day. Rather than dominating the room, the veneer acts as a quiet canvas that supports the designer’s vision of a home rooted in comfort, fantasy, and everyday elegance.
To enrich this serene foundation, Rumanara pairs the veneer with brushed pine wood panels crafted in a 2mm thickness, chosen for their pronounced tactile character. The deep brushed effect reveals the natural veins of the pine, producing a rich texture that invites touch and adds a handcrafted sensibility to the residence. This combination of smooth, elongated veneer surfaces and expressive brushed pine creates a layered dialogue between refinement and rawness. Through this material composition, the designer shapes an interior that feels warm and grounded, yet filled with subtle narrative and personality.
The project is thoughtfully photographed by kungphotograph , whose lens captures the delicate interplay of color, texture, and light envisioned by the designer. Each frame highlights the continuous flow of the Fantasy veneer and the tactile depth of the brushed pine, preserving the atmosphere of the residence and translating its quiet warmth into a compelling visual story.
